The apartment is part of a modern, recently built complex located 300 meters from the very quiet Lagada beach, and 5 minutes drive from the popular yet unspoiled village resort of Makrigialos, on the south east coast of Crete.

Facilities include a large double bedroom with king-sized bed and open-plan living area which includes a kitchen area equipped with high spec appliances. The lounge is equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and broadband internet is available free of charge. A high comfort Italian designed sofa-bed can sleep an additional 2 guests.

Outside, a furnished balcony leads off from the lounge, with spectacular views over the Bay View resort and out to sea and mountain. The resort has its own swimming pool, and features a stone-built amphitheatre, with areas of lawn and flowers lending the whole complex a colourful air of tranquility.

In the calendar below, click once on your arrival date, then once again on your departure date, and then complete the form that will appear below the calendar.

Minimum booking period with this form is 7 days, and the maximum 28 days. Shorter or longer stays may be possible - please contact us for further information.

Confirmation of your request will be sent by e-mail to the address you provide.

Please note that we will hold your requested dates for 24 hours to allow you to confirm flights.

Payment Terms

30% of the total rental is payable with your booking. The balance is payable 10 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event that you have to cancel, you may be able to reclaim this on your holiday insurance, but please check your level of cover.

A refundable security deposit of £50 is required prior to your stay. It will be refunded to you once the property has been inspected by our housekeeper.

We accept payment by £ cheque or bank transfer in £ or €.
